From there, we may conduct a series of stakeholder interviews and/or workshops to gather information and brainstorm. Then we return a first draft of a plan and approach that aligns to your business goals. We gather feedback from all necessary stakeholders to then return a final agreed upon plan for you to keep. From there it is up to you whether you want to own your plan execution, or Ignitable can choose implementation partners from our wide and global network to either connect you to those partners directly or manage the partners' execution of your plan. Want to hire a team to execute? Ignitable can work with you to interview and build your team as well.
