Kristina C.S. Harshany
Kristina Harshany serves as the Founder and Managing Member of Ignitable. With two decades as a global marketing and business development leader, Kristina excels in the design and execution of data-driven, omnichannel client marketing plans and product messaging to enable go-to-market and multimillion-dollar growth for cutting-edge solutions and services across various industries.
Kristina has been selected to be one of “Philly’s Top Bankers” by SmartCEO Magazine and “40 Under 40” by the Philadelphia Business Journal, and is also a past president of the Board of Directors for Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Philadelphia, by whom she was twice recognized as “Outstanding Member At Large.” Kristina participates in various non-profit organizations such as the Arts & Business Council of Philadelphia and the Chester County Fund for Women and Girls. She has two young children and a rescue schnauzer named Maddie.
Margaretta E. Walton
Margaretta Walton is a strategic thinker and storyteller with 20 years of experience in public relations, marketing, internal and external communications, as well as investor services. Margaretta's expertise is in building communication, marketing and business development strategies for non-profit and mission-driven companies.
Margaretta serves on the Advancement subcommittee of the Board for the Academy of Natural Sciences of Philadelphia, and on the Leadership Council of The Baldwin School as past president of the Alumnae Association Executive Board.
As a life-long learner, explorer and collaborator, Margaretta excels at simplifying the complex and building approachable narratives. She received her undergraduate degree in Global Environmental Resource Management, with a concentration in Geology, from Skidmore College, where she also completed a minor in English Literature. She earned a post-baccalaureate certificate in Entrepreneurship from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Margaretta lives in Gulph Mills, PA with her wife, rescue dog Winston and cat named Kitty.
Melissa Currie
Melissa is a seasoned marketer with a passion for content through storytelling that drives connection and understanding. Leveraging a solid foundation in content strategy and marketing, built over the last 25 years, she brings a unique blend of skills and experience, including work as a peer coach and an advocate for gender equality in the financial services industry.
During her career Melissa has worked in marketing roles across the greater Philadelphia landscape, most recently at SEI. Prior to joining SEI, Melissa was the Director of Marketing and Digital Solutions for Penn Capital Management as well as Marketing Manager for Equinox Funds in Princeton, New Jersey. She also enjoyed a long tenure at BlackRock where she held marketing roles on both the retail and institutional sides of the business. As an adult student Melissa earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing in 2011 attending campus and online classes through University of Phoenix.
Melissa currently serves as Co-President of Women in Investing Philadelphia and is a past member of the SEI Women’s Network board.
